As of 1 January 2026, Bieman de Haas and Equine Industry will continue together under one new name: Cavalli Group.

With this step, we are joining forces to serve you as a customer even better.

Why do Bieman de Haas and Equine Industry merge?

By continuing together as Cavalli Group, we form one strong team with a broader range, smoother processes and one clear point of contact. For you, this means more convenience, more overview and a service that is even better suited to your daily work.

When will the new situation start?

The merger officially becomes effective on 1 January 2026.

From that moment on, we communicate fully under the name Cavalli Group and use our new corporate identity and contact details.

 

What will change for me as a customer?

Communication & Contact

1. One organisation, one point of contact

It is no longer necessary to switch between Bieman de Haas and Equine Industry. From now on, everything - questions, orders and service - will be handled by Cavalli Group. Clear and simple.

2. Email Addresses

Our email addresses will change to

[firstname.lastname@cavalli.group]

Central mailboxes are, for example:

sales@cavalli.group

If you haven't changed our new email address yet, no problem; messages to the old address will be forwarded automatically for the time being.

However, it is wise to use the new Cavalli Group address as soon as possible, to ensure that everything arrives immediately in the right place.

 

Ordering & B2B

1. New B2B Portal

From January, you can place your orders via our new portal: b2b.cavalli.group Please note that this portal is not open yet, but more information will follow.

The advantages:

  • One login for all brands
  • Entire range in one place
  • Clear order history and invoices
  • Orders are shipped in combination, so the minimum order amount for free shipping will be reached faster

2.When will I receive my login details for the new B2B portal?

You will receive your login details and a short explanation at the beginning of January. From 5 January, you can start working directly in the new portal.

 

Financial

1. Bank account

  • For customers of Bieman de Haas, the account number remains the same.
  • For customers of Equine Industry, the account number changes.
  • You will receive more information about this by email in December.

2.Do the shipping costs or minimum order amounts change?

No, these remain the same. The advantage is that you reach your minimum order amount faster, because you can combine the brands in one order.

3.Does the way of invoicing change?

Our invoices are given the Cavalli Group house style and details, but nothing else will change for you. You'll receive invoices the same way you do now.

 

Orders & Data

1. Order numbers

  • For customers of Bieman de Haas, existing order numbers remain the same. New orders are of course given a new, unique order number.
  • For customers of Equine Industry, pending orders will be given a new order number. You will automatically receive this by email. New orders are of course given a new, unique order number.

2. Access to historical data

All previous data will remain available. This allows us to keep track of your orders and questions and help you in the best possible way.

3.What happens to pending orders around the transition date?

Pending orders are automatically transferred to the new system. You don’t need to do anything. You will receive an update or a new order number if it is relevant to you.

 

 

What does this mean for me as a customer?

More convenience & faster service

Because all departments now work with one central system, orders, returns and questions are handled faster. This saves time and reduces the chance of errors.

Easy ordering in one portal

Our new Cavalli Group B2B platform gives you:

  • direct access to all brands;
  • one clear environment;
  • one login;
  • insight into invoices and order history.

Larger range & bundled expertise

Due to the merger, our range is broader and more complete than before.

And because we pool our knowledge, you can count on advice that goes deeper and better matches what you need, whether it's rider, horse, stable or grooming.

Improved logistics

By merging our logistics processes, we work smarter and more consistently. Deliveries will be more efficient and stable.

What should I do as a customer before 1 January?

Only change our new email address and possibly the new account number (if you are an Equine Industry customer). We will also arrange everything for you behind the scenes, we will share this soon by email. It is therefore important that you keep a close eye on your mailbox.
